The introductory quest also shows up as a blue icon on your map to ensure you know it's part of the DLC. So these quests are at different places instead of starting a quest which unlocks other quests? The DLC-related quests and information have slightly different icons in your journal to help differentiate them from the core game content. Probably the most narratively interesting one is if you go past the Grave-Hoard, as mentioned, but the funniest one ever is picking it up outside of Meridian.
